  • Purchase passes to use immediately or store them for future rides (note: an internet connection is required to purchase and activate a mobile pass)
  • As the bus approaches open your app and tap your pass to activate
  • Once onboard follow instructions in the app to validate your ticket

ID Required

Individuals without a Medicare card can still receive the Senior Citizens fare by presenting an identification card. Senior Citizens must present proof of age. Persons with disabilities must provide evidence of their disability from a licensed physician or a local social service agency representative. Identification cards can also be purchased through CityLink Transit. There is a $2.00 charge for the identification card.

Youth

ID Required

Must be ages 5-18. Proof of age may be required.

Evening Service

ID Required

The Evening Service is an advance reservation, shared-ride, demand-response service open to the public. The service is curb-to-curb service, i.e., passengers are picked up from the nearest curb at their trip origin and delivered to the nearest curb at their destination. This service is provided from 6:15 p.m. until midnight (with 11:45 p.m. as the last available pick-up) Monday through Saturday, except designated holidays. Pre-registration is required before scheduling the first trip. Trips must be scheduled at least a day in advance. Work-related trips receive first priority. Subscription booking is allowed for passengers traveling to and from work or work training.

Paratransit

ID Required

CityLink provides door-to-door transit service for persons with disabilities who are certified ‘ADA paratransit eligible’. This paratransit service is an advance reservation, shared-ride, demand-response service. It is provided during the same time periods as fixed-route bus service, i.e., Monday through Friday from 6:15 a.m. until 6:15 p.m. and on Saturday from 6:30 a.m. until 6:15 p.m., except holidays. Drivers are trained to assist passengers in boarding and disembarking from the vehicles

31 Day

31 day passes are valid for 31 consecutive days.

REGULAR SERVICE: 1 Ride

Valid for a single ride for REGULAR SERVICE. Ticket will display for 30 minutes.

ALTERNATE DESTINATION: 1 Ride

Valid for a single ride for ALTERNATE DESTINATION. Ticket will display for 30 minutes.

REGULAR SERVICE: 10 Ride

Pack of 10 passes for REGULAR SERVICE, each valid for 30 minutes after first use.

EXTENDED SERVICE: 1 Ride

Valid for a single ride for EXTENDED SERVICE. Ticket will display for 30 minutes.

EXTENDED SERVICE: 10 Ride

Pack of 10 passes for EXTENDED SERVICE, each valid for 30 minutes after first use.

EXTENDED SERVICE: 20 Ride

Pack of 20 passes for EXTENDED SERVICE, each valid for 30 minutes after first use.

CDBG/WORK: 1 Ride

Valid for a single ride for CDBG/WORK. Ticket will display for 30 minutes.

CDBG/WORK: 10 Ride

Pack of 10 passes for CDBG/WORK, each valid for 30 minutes after first use.

GENERAL: 1 Ride

Valid for a single ride for GENERAL route. Ticket will display for 30 minutes.

GENERAL: 10 Ride

Pack of 10 passes for GENEREAL ROUTE, each valid for 30 minutes after first use.
